About Me

My journey into holistic wellness is built on a rich blend of education, professional experience, and a deep commitment to health. I began with a law degree from London metropolitan university in 2008 where I developed a foundation in analytical thinking and a client centered approach. However, my interests soon expanded to business and strategic growth, which led me to complete my MBA in 2014. This advanced my skills in organizational management, planning, and relationship building-critical elements that now supports my wellness practice.

In 2017, I pursued a Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology, inspired by a growing fascination with the scientific underpinnings of health and nutrition. This experience gave me a hands-on understanding of laboratory sciences and allowed me to approach health from a biological perspective. With these three perspective-law, business, and science-I found my true calling in holistic wellness.

From 2018 to 2024, I ran holistic nutrition programs at several health facilities including Dezek Medical Centre. In these roles, I worked directly with patients to design personalized nutrition plans and lead wellness  programs tailored to various health needs. i was involved in community health initiatives across Nigeria, such as the 'Wellness and Nutrition Week' in Lagos and 'National Health Awareness Day' programs, where i promoted sustainable lifestyle practices.

My commitment to continuous learning has been reinforced by certifications from platforms like Coursera and Alison, covering topics such as Nutritional Science, Holistic health Coaching, and Wellness Program Development. Today as Holistic  Nutritionist in partnership with Sterling Herbs and Wellness, I combine all of this elements to offer my clients a balanced approach to health. My work centers on creating lasting wellness through personalized nutrition, natural remedies, and ongoing support, empowering individuals to make sustainable health decisions that enhance their quality of life "

My Philosophy

As a nutritionist, my philosophy is rooted in a belief that true wellness is an art of balance. The journey to vibrant health is not merely about calories and nutrients; it’s about understanding our unique bodies, listening to them, and nurturing them with the respect they deserve. I believe food should be as much about enjoyment and connection as it is about sustenance. My approach is to guide others to eat with intention, savoring each bite, connecting deeply with the rhythms of their body, and achieving balance within the mind, body, and spirit.

I once worked with a young woman named Claire, whose life was a whirlwind of busy schedules, high-pressure deadlines, and little time for self-care. When we first met, her relationship with food was one of guilt and restriction. She would often skip meals or opt for quick, processed snacks, feeling constantly drained but unable to break free from the cycle. Our initial sessions were not about rules or restrictions; they were about tuning into her body and creating a gentler, more intuitive way of eating.

Slowly, Claire began to realize that nourishment was about more than just eating the “right” foods; it was about understanding and honoring her body's needs, learning to listen to the subtle cues that indicated hunger, energy dips, or cravings for rest. She learned to create a routine that included nourishing meals, incorporating a rainbow of whole foods that satisfied her body and soul. Within months, she felt lighter, energized, and most importantly, at peace with food.

Through Claire’s journey, I saw the power of nutrition as a path to holistic wellness. By empowering her to take ownership of her choices, she not only transformed her physical health but also discovered a new level of emotional and mental resilience. And in every client I meet, I continue to see the same potential for profound, holistic transformation through simple, mindful nutrition practices.

The way we eat is a direct expression of how we treat ourselves. I am here to encourage my clients to cultivate self-compassion, prioritize wellness, and embrace a balanced, fulfilling life, one meal at a time.
